TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Management reserves all the right of admission.

  • Due to COVID-19, please wear mask outside of your room and maintain social distancing.

  • This is a self-service hotel, there will be no room service. Housekeeping service will be provided only once a day.

  • For your convenience water filter, microwave oven etc. are provided in the common area.

  • If asked please share your past 15 days travel details, and cooperate with us to check your body temperature.

  • “Aarogya Setu” app must be installed in your phone before check in.

  • Temperature checks will be conducted every time a guest arrives.

  • Should the temperature be higher than 99 degrees, along with other symptoms, including but not limited to coughing, sneezing and shortness of breath, entry to the property will be denied and the guest will be provided with the details of the nearest hospital or healthcare facility.

  • Maintaining ~6 feet of social distance, and hygiene norms must be followed across the property.

  • Guests are requested to frequently sanitize or wash their hands well while on the premises with clinically approved sanitizer, containing minimum 70% alcohol

  • Guests must follow the government recommended practices for coughing and sneezing. Spitting is strictly prohibited on the premises and is punishable by law.

  • Bed linen and towels will be changed every third day.

  • Extra person will not be entertained without prior intimation.

  • No extra mattress will be provided for extra PAX.

  • Check-in 12:00 noon, Check-out 11:00 AM.

  • For group booking, check-in time is 2:00 PM.

  • Early check-in and late check-out is chargeable and subject to room availability.

  • 50% “advance payment” is mandatory at the time of reservation.

  • Entire payment must be cleared at the time of check-in.

  • Each guest is required to carry a Govt. approved ID card with address proof & relationship proof (only for couple). PAN card is not accepted.

  • International guest must carry a passport with valid visa.

  • Booking is liable to cancellation on failure to produce necessary documents at the time of Check-in.

  • Any damage made to the property / room amenities by the guest is chargeable.

  • Visitors are not allowed in the room.

  • Security personnel has all the right to check your belongings. Please cooperate.

  • Alcohol / narcotics is strictly prohibited in the premises.

  • No refund for unused nights or early check-out.

  • No refund in the festive seasons.

Instruction for COVID-19

On Arrival :

      • All luggage will be cleaned and sanitized before scanning.

      • At the time of check-in, all guests will be required to submit a signed self-declaration form and share their travel history for the 20 days prior to arrival.

      • Team members will click a picture of the guest ID proof to minimize physical contact.

      • Guests are requested to cooperate with the new check-in procedures

      • Keys are cleaned and sanitized before and after use.

      • Guests are requested to carry their luggage to the rooms to avoid physical contact. Please note, no team member will enter the room.

In the Room :

  • Every room is deep cleaned and sanitized prior to each check-in and post each checkout.

  • All furniture and furnishings including curtains, pillows, linen, etc. are cleaned and sanitized.

  • Rooms will be cleaned and sanitized every day and linen will be changed every third day.

  • During the cleaning process, guests are requested to stay in the corridor near the room and not touch any surfaces at that time.

  • All amenities and items in the rooms, cupboards and bathrooms are sanitized prior to check-in, and every day when the room is serviced.

On Departure :

  • Guests are requested to inform the team about the approximate check-out time at least 2 hours in advance, to enable the team to process and share the electronic bill.

  • Luggage must be carried by the guest to avoid physical contact.

  • Guests are requested to drop the key in the reception. All key cards are cleaned and sanitized after use.

  • In case of multiple check-outs at one time guests are requested to maintain social distancing norms.

Public Areas :

Elevators

  • The maximum capacity of the elevators is as defined by the property

  • Guests must stand in while facing away from each other. Guests are required to wait in case elevators are at full capacity.


CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Up to four rooms:

o Cancellation 30 days or more prior to check-in- Full refund of the “advance payment”.

o Cancellation 15 days prior to check-in- 50% of the “advance payment” will be refunded.

o Cancellation 72 hours prior to check-in- 25% of the “advance payment” will be refunded.

o Cancellation less than 72 hours prior to check-in- No refund.

  • More than four rooms:

o Cancellation 30 days prior to check-in- 25% of the “advance payment” will be refunded. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to check-in- No refund.


Extra pax (Above 10 years) : Rs. 400 /-

(GST Applicable extra @ 12 % as per Govt. rules)
